CallYa English Help

Hi,  Sorry for my lack of German technical language so I was looking for a way to contact CallYa support in English.  I was told 0172 229 0229 and then press 4 in the options but this does not work.  I tried the option 2 but the help could not speak English and I couldn't get my problem accross to the operator (no fault of his obviously).

Is there another way please?

Click on @Grautvornix's profile and choose "Sende eine private Nachricht" in the right side (bottom when you use the mobile version).
