Billing multiple times

Hello. I have two callya numbers at €19.99 each. I'm being billed at least 3 times each month for €19.99. Last December it was 5 times! Can you help?I don't think I should put my information for all to see here.

Can you tell us the name of the CallYa tariff you use? You can use the MeinVodafone app or the tariff manager 22044 by phone (free of charge). 

The reason I ask I don't know a tariff with 19,99€ per 4 week.

Hello, it is pinned at the top of this page. https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/CallYa/CallYa-Digital/td-p/1997670 it says 20 but the charge to N26 is 19.99. I don't know why.

I'm so sorry, I just realized the 19.99 charge is for unity media internet. The other two charges are for 20 and those would be for the phone lines. I feel stupid but thank you for your help.

You have the CallYa Digital tariff for 20 € per 4 week (28 days). When did you activate (debit) the CallYa Digital tariff the first time?

I guess that December started the tariff the first time? The amount will be debit from one bank account for both CallYa cards? Do you have any balance on your CallYa sim cards?
