WiFi hotspot flat cancellation

Hello. I want to cancel my contract with hotspot flat. I can't find button or something to do that. Unfortunately I don't know German . I use hotspot flat at home but working speed and stability is very bad. Every 5-30 minutes I have problems with connection . So what I need to do to cancel my contract?
