Hotspot ticket - device blocked

I was trying to purchase a Vodafone Hotspot Ticket (1 month) and my device is now blocked. How do I fix this? I do not know German, so calling the Vodafone help line didn't work. Please help

what device did you use? Has another firmware been installed on the device or any other software that could affect it?
