I have recenlty purchased 2 x 1 Week Tickets on the Vodafone Hotspot portal. One fo rmy note book and the other for my mobile phone. Both only worked for a single day, There is no way to reinitiate the connection on the portal provided via either device. MAC addresses have remained the same on both devices.
I subsequently had to purchase a single 1 day ticket just to write this complaint!
Has anyone found any resolution to this issue?

too bad you could use the weekly tickets only for one day :/. What error message do you get? What is your ZIP code?
