1-day Hotspot ticket not working

Hello,

 

I bought a day ticket, without registering, around 30 minutes ago.

It was working fine in the hotspot, but eventually I got offline and now it popup the page to buy another ticket.

I already tried other hotspots and the same happened.

I bought it without registering. So the only thing I have is the mac address (with a print).

How should I proceed to use the internet or refund this ticket?

Do not expect any Response from them about this topic. It's a full Scam. I will communicate this on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and Telegramm to starve this Company out. I bought a monthly Hotspot Ticket yesterday, capped the connection today in the morning, since then i can't reconnect. In the Forum you will only find unsolved tickets. That tells me everything. As i made a Homespot Login Account, Google sent me the information, my Passwords at 22 Websites were just hacked. That's about data security at Vodafone. (i documented it with Screenshots made) 

I'll highley recommend you to do the same, this Company needs to go!
