I currently have the plan Vodafone Red L with Smartphone (iPhone 13 mini). I live in Berlin and I experience extremely bad phone signal and mobile data connection. I almost never accessed 5G, usually 4G and most of the time EDGE. The phone signal is so bad to the point of not being able to have a regular phone call at times if I’m indoors. I am reaching out here to understand if this is a generalised problem or if there is something you could do fix the issue. The service really doesn’t live up to the standards.
