Hi.
I have installed my Vodafone Cable more around months ago. I have 4 devices at home. The problem is that WiFi name is no listed on my laptop WiFi connections. I am still able to connect to Homespot and Hotspot, but not main Vodafone Modem.
I have other three devices with can easily find and connect to WiFi. To solve this problem I updated my drivers, even recently upgrade my windows from 10 to 11. But my laptop can find all other Wifi unless my own.
Please help me in this regards,
LG,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Welcome to our community.
Can you please perform a factory reset with the router and see if the WLAN is then there?

Hi Wallace,
I did a factory reset several times and also broadcasted my WiFi SSID to not miss anything. But no listed name on my Windows Laptop.
I really look forward to any help,

Michael

Hello MichaelNaghavi,
you can't do more than a factory reset. Can you not find other networks with the laptop? Are both 2.4 and 5 GHz not visible? What kind of network card is this?

Hello Fred,
Unfortunately, I can see nothing from my WiFi. But as I said, I can see Vodafone Hotspot and Vodafone Homespot from other networks and I can easily connect to them too. I assume when I see them, I should also see mine. That is why I think the problem is with the router and not my laptop.
Maybe I need to reach one of your offices to discover the issue. Right?

Hello MichaelNaghavi,
We would have liked to contribute, if only the laptop does not find the networks. You can of course try to change the router.
