Dear all,
today I bought a Hotspot Ticket for one week, but I've never been able to have internet access. I can't load any page except hotspot.vodafone.de, where it is asking me to buy one more ticket. Can I ask for a refund?
Any idea why it isn't working? I really would like to have internet access.
My German is not great, so calling support is not working for me.
