Crickets...we need to talk to the people who make decisions about our housing to ensure locations with UnityMedia as the Internet Service Provider are not offered.  That will solve this repetitive and very annoying problem.

If you want to cancel your contract due to a move, please contact our support for further details. In case you need to provide further documents than your written cancellation, my colleagues can help you accordingly.
