Hello, I have ordered internet with vodafone on the 15th of july, and I have recieved the package with the router around the 19th, and I opened it to set it up today as I was busy and out of the apartment, when I openedd the package I noticed that the order included a Tv subscription which I am sure I didnt order as I dont even own a TV, can you please help me cancle it?
also it says that I have recieved an activation code for the router via poat but I havent,

Hi Abdulrahman-Ham, this is a forum where customers support customers. Unfortunately I believe you need to contact Vodafone directly in this case, and suggest if possible for you via WhatsApp (See this page for details)

Are you sure, that there is a price listed for it?
Because as of late, TV Connect Start is usually included at no extra charge. You don't need to cancel anything, because you don't have to pay for it and won't have to pay for it going forward.
