I cancelled my TV contract on 20.06.2022. I already returned the device assigned to me within the 2 Weeks as I had been told by the Customer Service Person.
Right now I see the cancellation is still Pending and I still get billed Euros 34,95.
Also seems like my contact extends till 2024.
Please fix this.

You submitted the cancellation in the regular way, at the end of the contract period? This should also be noted on the confirmation letter. The bills will continue to accrue until this date.
