Hello,
I'm trying to get more data on my prepaid CallYa simcard. I have now spendt way to many hours on searching Vodafone website for answers on how to do this. Please explain how this can be done.
I'm not able to install the app, i think that might be because I don't live in germany, so please if you give any examples use the internet browser or other means.
Also, I have registered the phone number to this account, so i was expecting to see the current balance, data usage etc.. however, this I'm not able to do either....

Hello someonesomeone, I suspect you have registered, but you have not yet added your mobile number to the portal's administration. I also have a prepaid Callya connection. Normally, you can easily see the volume in the portal and post credits.
Since you now live abroad, you only have the portal on the web.
I can check for you whether you added the phone number or not. For this I need your phone number and your customer password via PN . The latter has to be mentioned on the hotline, so I guess you know it.
Anyway, log in again. Do you recognize a tile on the start page of the homepage on which your phone number is shown? Kind regards, Jioti
