Some websites are not working

Hi guys, sorry that i write in english but i dont speak german. I live in Garrel(49681) since 2 years and i have a Vodafone contract with unlimited mobile net, i have a sim card and a MC888 Ultra(maybe it's name is GigaCube). Everything was okey but since 3 days i cant load a site called "farmerama.com", its a game, server located in Hamburg, Germany. I have tried 4 browsers, the game has his own client but still not working, i have tried even on my phone but nothing. The same thing is happening to my neighbour too, he has the same internet as me. The thing is that if i use an another provider like O2, telekom or my romanian Digi, the game works fine. I even tried to put the sim card to different phones but still nothing. Any advice would help a lot. I have a contract called "Vodafone smart ultimate", i can see a "Kunden nr." wich  is ***, but i dont know any activation codes or the 6 digit PIN, maybe i didnt get it yet. Thanks a lot

This is most likely a Firewall issue from that game - it's not the first time that the server firewalls detect the CGNAT gateways as potential DDoS-Attacks and block them.

Sadly there's nothing that Vodafone can do about it - it's an issue of that specific server firewall, so you will have to contact the game vendor and ask them to modify their firewall settings.

Ist the URL permanently not reachable or only the problem exists in the prime time (evening)?

Hello, it's still not working, talked to the farmerama game support, im waiting for the answer, also i did buy and install NordVPN and with that it works fine but without it doesnt matter what time of the day, still nothing 😕

Some missing filters are updated in the IP network.
