Hello,
I have a mobile contract for me and I have partner SIM for my family. Internet is working in my mobile but it does not work in my family members phone. I tried contacting vodafone shop and they tried changing the SIM but they could not solve the problem. I tried contacting the customer care and they also could not solve. It is almost 3 months since I got the two new partner connections and till now internet has not worked for me. But I have been paying 40 euros monthly. I am tired of contacting the vodafone teams. Kindly look into this matter or please terminate my contract under the improper service clause.
