Hello everyone, after trying to call the support center many times I had a very bad expericences, no one can speak or want to help me because I don't speak properly german. when I try to speak and find a solution with them, they just hang up the phone. That's so unprofessionnal, I would like to break the ontract then is it a valable reason ? I don' t want to pay extra cost as I'm already not using this internet since 2month.
