new cable internet customer , no internet

hi , i am a new customer  (stuttgart , eislingen fills), my cable internet starter pack has arrived today. I setup modem according to instructions . I got white led on internet ,wifi and power. I have waited 1 hour for connectioon and nothing happened . I have been waiting about 3 hours now , i turn on and off the modem also restarted the modem , no go. 

What should i do ?

I am living nearby (72070). I have already used Vodafone Kabel for a year. This afternoon on till now, I don't have internet signal. So it might not be the problem of the device but just no internet signal.
