network failure

Good evening, 

I have looked at the list of areas where there are network failures due to flooding but my zip code and my area do not appear.
A couple of days ago the power came back but there is no internet and we do not know if there are problems with the network in this area.
Could you please confirm if there is a fault in zone 54293 and we have to wait?
Do you know when we will have line again?
