internet is very slow

Hello,

For the last days my current internet is really really really slow.  I should have 1000MB but yup, normally i have half os the speed but later is even slower.

I use only the wireless connection. 

I've test it against 4 machines, all macs, and some linux machine, and some tablets, speed is the same slow.

and I have like ~ 10 Mb. 

I did try to restart the modem, reset the modem, change the channels, use 5g, check the cable. same results.

Can someone have a look, or tell me the next steps.

The internet went from slow, to a bit faster and current there is no intermet(using my phone)

What should I do in this situation beside report?

I've restart, reset, check cables, but still not luck. 

I gonna be difficult to work from home, with no internet.

Please help 🙂

my cable intrnet 250 mbt but i see only 13 mbt . i am happy about it bcs mostly i dont have internet. 13 mbt is better then nothing. right?
