Hello,
Apologies for typing this message in english, but i do not speak german.
I recently set up a new 24 month contract with Vodafone and recieved the router. But my internet light keeps flashing red and I cannot connect to the internet on any device. I have activated my box so I should be able to connect.
Can any one help me?

You'll most likely need a technician visiting you.
Anyhow, this would require you to call the hotline (I'm German)...

A technician must be commissioned for the installation.
Is the house installation/distribution box accessible?
The technician's visit is free of charge. If the technician does not meet anyone at the agreed time or cannot get to the house system, we charge €99.50 for the service.
