Hi @Tobias / @ERFD / Vodafone Team,

The issue was fixed on Saturday and today, a couple of hours earlier, the wifi stopped working again. Can the above ticket please be re-opened? Request you to please get the issue checked on priority as both me and my wife are working from home and are severely impacted because of the internet not working.

Hi @Tobias ,
Thank you for your reply.
Wifi began to work fine on restarting the router. Request you to keep this ticket open for couple of days as we saw this issue couple of times. We can swap the device if it gives same issue again. If it continues to work fine, we can close this ticket in couple of days and stick with the existing device.
