Hey,
there is an interferer radiating on our upstreams, causing the error rate to be too high. I have initiated the fault clearance and if it was successful, you will receive an SMS from us.

Hi Jega,
I like to look at your connection. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number, birthday) in a private message and then let me know here that you have sent the data.
Regards

Hi Wallace. Thank you for following this up. I gave it a week to see if it makes a difference. The restarting behaviour got better but it still happens occassionally (about once every few days now rather than every few hours).

Hello JegaT,
what are your current speed test values via LAN? Do you notice when it breaks down that the connection is particularly slow and the values are not correct?
Many greetings

Hi Jana,
The most recent test I ran (a few minutes ago) gave a ping of 9 ms, download speed of 257.67 Mbps and an upload speed of 27.46 Mbps. I do not notice a slowdown when the router suddenly restarts, so I suspect the router restarts are unrelated to the speed. Unfortunately, I also cannot see a pattern to the restarts.
Many thanks,
Jega

Hello JegaT,
the line currently looks quite good, when did you have the last break?
Many greetings
