Vodafone Wi-Fi 6 Station - Internet LED blinks red / Umzug

Hello!

And have the similar problem - only red lamp is flashing, reset did not help. Ticket from support did not help. Can I ask to invite technician to check everything? Postal code 76199, Karlsruhe, BW
