Vodafone Cable Internet

Hello,

I have recently ordered the 1000 Cable Internet with the vodafone router, but the connection is very unstable and doesnt go to all rooms.  

I have tried calling the helpine many time, but very difficult to find support in English. 

Would be great if I can get some support.

Is the problem only via WiFi or also with devices connected via LAN cable? Did you perform a factory reset with the router?
