Hi,
Good morning! My Deutsch is bad, hence I am writing in English.
We have have CableMax 1000MBits/sec Kabel connection. In the past 7-8 days the connection has been pretty bad - the modem switches off and on. We loose the connection multiple times. The modem shows a red light and then it takes 4-5 minutes to reset. Also, our internet speed are bad.
It causes a good deal of inconvinience over video calls. Could you please help us out - we are dissapointed with the level of service the broadband proves for 40 Euro/Month.
