Very Slow Internet connection

Hi Team,

I was asked to reach here for support . I raised a complaint regarding the slow internet baring number : 009-*** . The internet speed varied from 1Mbps to 13 Mbps while i am paying for 50Mbps. We are unable to do home office and the connection quality is not consistent. A technician called asked to contact here and abruptly cancelled the call. 

could you please help me with the resolution .

I live in bavaria . The issue is identified. The router has some problem and it has been replaced. Issue resolved.
