Dear support,
My cable internet connection is very unstable since 2-3 weeks.
I work from home and some day it is impossible to participate to conference calls.
Upload speeds are sometimes lower than 1 Mbit.. Specially from 5pm.
I suppose that there is a problem with the line.
I tried several solutions.

It is getting worse everyday with impossibility to even play games without disconnection...
There are picks under 1mbps randomly..

Unfortunately Vodafone can't or doesn't want to fix the issue. I wrote to this boards as my last try to get it resolved, but still didn't get an answer. At this point, I think I'm going to have to change the internet operator.

I pay 84.24€/month (just internet) for this ?!
Every 3 month there is a problem since the beginning. I have never seen that in any country.
The 1000/50 is fake here, I will probably go back to real DSL...

Update:
I did a lot of testing and I realized that I have very low speeds with my private Fritzbox 6660. I installed again the Vodafone 6591 (same problem during the day). I did a factory reset of 6591 and I had an update from OS 7.21 to OS 7.27 during the night. Since then, the 6591 show only "übertragung der Betriebsparameter und Registrierung an der CMTS" in Kabel-Informationen. No internet with 6591. I had to switch to my 6660 which is working (still very unstable) but better than nothing at all for home office.

if a issue is on your site, you have to pay for the technician. We would like to prevent this for you.
Did your cablerouter have the same signal in the menu? Are all cable ok?

The termin with technician is already set for this afternoon, let's see.
I already tried to replace and check all cables, and did severeal different restart.
With the big price I pay each month (83+€ per month JUST for internet), if I have any additional cost, I will just go away and take a realiale DSL 100/40 connection with a competitor.
I need stability for my work at home, I have problems with this cable since always (3 years).
