Hello community,
Recently around 1.5 weeks back , a certain construction work has cut the internet cable in front of our house.A complaint was raised to Vodafone who after checking reported the fault (don't know where) and somehow there is no accountability on who is gonna fix the cut underground cable. Today a new underground cable was setup by westnetz and I checked with them if they are gonna fix this cable which is kept open on the footpath,I was refused about any such repairs being done by them
It's been now 2 weeks already and we have no update from vodafone on how this is gonna get fixed.
Could anyone let me know how to proceed on this fruther please?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated
