Its been over 50 days and not received the Wi-Fi connection

I ordered a cable contract on 03/16/2023 but till now we have not received the connection at our home.

After multiple inquiry, we got to know that the there is a problem in the underground cable that need to be fixed first but there is no timeline we received on when it will be fixed. I can understand that this is a technical problem and will take time to solve it. We are ready to wait until the underground cable is fixed but till then we need some alternate solution so that we can do our office work from home. 

But as a customer, I don't have an internet even after 50 days of contract signing. Me and my wife both work from home so we really need the Wi-Fi connection. Also, as it is already more than 14 days, I cannot cancel my contract on my own and book another provider got DSL connection.

Really looking forward to have solution or alteast cancel the contract.
