Unable to use corporate vpn network using vodafone kabel

Hello,

I recently bought a vodafone kabel contract with free VF station 6 router( Serial number: CP2241LB8E1 and firmware version: 19.3B70-1.2.49). I am unable to use the corporate vpn network that uses IPSec protocol. I read online that a FritzBox might fix this issue. Can someone please guide me on this? My company IT team says they cannot support me in fixing my home networking issues.

You just commited the biggest error probably in your whole lifetime by entering into a contract with Vodafone. I highly suggest revoking the contract as long as you are within the 14 day period. Btw Vodafone does not provide support in this forum anymore. You have to call the Vodafone service 0800 526 66 25 to get support.

I just called 022129916120 to cancel my vodafone contract. The guy suggested changing my stack to dual stack and the issue is now fixed.
