Hi Team,
I dont speak german and somehow using fault finder i reach steps where vodafone website asks for number to call back. Since 2 days i am observing it fails at the step where ticket is to be created. It is very convinient for vodafone to have useless IT in place. Being an IT architect in telecom space, i would say their IT system is pathetic, where educated people are not able to reach help and create ticket. Forget about turn around time of fix, when experience to raise ticket is boiling blood pressure. Earlier 1 gbps connection was giving 150 mbps speed and now internet has stopped with no recourse. When i visit shop, they say we are useless and can only request a callback to you. Callback never succeeds and Vodafone gives 0 effort in that. Highly dissatisfied with Trouble ticket Management system.
