Terrible connection with Vodafone Station

I have 2 devices — MacBook and iPhone, both cannot access all websites/apps because of terrible connection. My sister has an android and she also cannot connect to WiFi. I live in an apartment building and we have a lot of dissatisfied vodafone customers. We have no stable wifi for months. This is incredibly stressful. All devices are up to date and have no issues except connecting to Vodafone WiFis. I called several times to the help line but the last time I told about my issue, the helper hang up on me. Also thank you to all Vodafone Helpers for speaking English in Germany.

Connection drops, not all websites download, not all apps work, Apple System Status is ok, when i connect wifi in city or use LTE from iphone (it's not Vodafone thank god) everything works. So the problem is with Vodafone. What am I paying for? I hope this is my last message to Vodafone help. I hate Vodafone, their website is so inconvieniet, their is no international support online, the whats'app app is pathetic and useless.

Does it affect specific apps? What about the apps' websites (Facebook, Instagram). Are there also problems when you access them in the browser?

 

Please tell me in which state you live.
