We have a 2 year contract for Vodafone CableMax 1000 which should give us up to 1000 Mbit/s but it has never EVER done that. Vodafone is clearly breaking the contract that we made and I want to get out of that contract. They just point me here because they can't communicate in english, really?
I have been paying full price for 8 months but not once recieved what I am paying for.

What am I supposed to do?

First of all you have to do the measurement campaign of the Federal Network Agency via LAN cabling. To do this, you have to carry out 30 measurements over 3 days, with at least 5 minutes between the individual measurements and even 3 hours between the 5th and 6th measurement of a day. There must be at least 1 calendar day between the 3 measurement days. You can download the measuring tool from www.breitbandmessung.de.

You can then use this result to report a fault and request that it be rectified within a reasonable period of time. If this does not happen, you can submit an extraordinary termination.
