No, I definitely do not agree. This issue appeared after your technician fixed a different issue, 3 weekgs ago. See Solved: Re: Router restarts itself - Vodafone Community
If you can replace the router at no extra cost then maybe it is worth trying but for sure it will not fix it. "Change coaxial cable" advice is a meme and I cannot take it seriously.
