  • Beginn und Zeitraum der Störung (z.B: seit Anfang April; nur am Abend) Aroun 2, 3 weeks, since you fixed a previous issue. It is becoming more frequent everyday.
  • Wie ist das Telefon mit dem Modem/ Router verbunden? (Analog, DECT, ISDN)I dont know. From wall cable
  • Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625) durchgeführt?I didnt try, they don't speak English.

Since you already have an older device, I suggest replacing the router. Please also replace the coaxial cable once.

No, I definitely do not agree. This issue appeared after your technician fixed a different issue, 3 weekgs ago. See Solved: Re: Router restarts itself - Vodafone Community

 

If you can replace the router at no extra cost then maybe it is worth trying but for sure it will not fix it. "Change coaxial cable" advice is a meme and I cannot take it seriously.

The technician is generally free of charge, unless the malfunction is caused by your end devices or cabling. In that case the technician will be charged with 99,50 €.
