Dear VF,
I am currently waiting 12 days without an Internet connection and the technician from SAS Kabelservice GmbH have now canceled three appointments.
After today's cancelation and discussion with a member of staff at this company, it seems that there is currently some sort of internal dispute and they can currently provide no new appointments.
As this company seemed to be the only provider in the Potsdam area there appears to be no potential date to resolve my issue.
I contacted VF customer service with this latest information however the system is not updated and I should wait at home for the still expected(? They already canceled) to arrive.
Your help and preferably internet are required

Hello WARDLE,
the colleagues have posted an installation job here after relocation. That's why this one has no priority and maybe that's why it is always postponed and doesn't fall under failure. Has the connection worked in this apartment before? Then the order is wrong and we have to change it.
We can offer you free mobile data volume on a Vodafone SIM to bridge the gap.

Hi Fred,
I have lived in my house since April 2020. Installation is not required (surely a related address change would be required if location changed?) and this was not mentioned in my tickets or many calls. No idea why this was logged incorrectly.
I do not have a Vodafone Sim.
It is clear my issue is not hardware related and requires a technician to investigate.
While I am grateful for a reply I still see no light at the end of this tunnel.
