Dear Vodafone customer service team,

 

I am Mahesh using Vodafone Kabel with customer number ***. I had issuse with my wifi router, so the technical team said they will replace the router with Fritzbox without chaning the contract period. So I sent the router back to Vodafone.

 

When I got the Fritzbox my contract also got changed, which I didn't wanted. So, I cancelled the contract. Now I got the letter to send back the Fritzbox which belongs to the new contract. 

 

I still have my old Vodafone contract till May 2023, but I won't have wifi router if I return this Fritzbox also. 

 

So what is the solution to this problem? Will Vodafone send me a new router as a replacement to my defective router or allow me to use the Fritzbox?

 

Please resolve the issue asap.

Hello Mahesh-Kashappa,

 

if you cancel or terminate the Hoebox option, you will automatically receive a router from us again. It will only be shipped when the option with the Homebox ends.
