For about 4 days the connection has been unuseable. The router reboots every 10-15 minutes. What is going on. I have no internet, phone so I cant stream. I also often work from home but I can no longer do this. Please resolve this issue. If it is a problem with my router (which I dont think it is reading previous posts) please contact me to arrange for a new one. My only other choice will be to change providers, which I dont want to do because Vodafone has been very good until now. Thanks (sorry for the english -I'm learning german but I could not write this in German).

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
