Red flashing light

Hello, we have received our installation kit for cable internet today. After setting it up the power and Wi-Fi lights are solid white, but after 3 hours the internet light continues to flash red. I have tried restarting the router with no success. I have called the hotline, but cannot get past the automated help without knowing German. I did try asking in German for help in English but that didn't help. Please help!

i know english is the world's most important (buisness-) language.

but operating in germany - so get a german speaking friend / neighbour or what ever 2 your side and call again!
