I have been at Vodafone customer for more than a year and keep having the same problem. When I play Online Games also during the day, my ping changes a lot and has some spikes to 300ms. For this problem are many "Tickets" created but still during to this day no solution. 4 different Technicians were already here. One changed the Router and one changed the socket. It is very frustrating not being able to have an answer for more than a year about this problem. On January, I was told that new cables should be pulled to my house.
