Hi, is there an explaination why since yesterday my Internet stops working exactly at 3.30pm until the next day?

 

  • Which contract do you have? (e.g. Internet + Telephone 100) Red Internet & Phone Young 400 Cable
  • Which modem / router do you use? (e.g. Hitron) Vodafone Station 
  • Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? - Loan device 
  • What is the error ? No Internet connection at 3.30pm until the next day
  • How is your terminal with the modem connected ? ( LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN ) both via wlan via mobile phone and lan on the MacBook
  • Which browser do you usually use? (e.g. Firefox) - Safari and Chrome
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows) - MacBook with Mac OS
  • Start and period of the disruption  (e.g. since the beginning of April; only in the evening) - Since yesterday, August 7th

And it has just happened again. How is that possibile? Starting from last Saturday, I have no internet every day from the afternoon until the next day.

 

Come on guys, I work from home. It is not possible to continue like this

what happens exactly? Does the cable router restart or is the connection "only" too slow? Can you please do a speed test, in the period of the malfunction, and post it here?

Hey @Martin59 , unfortunately I cannot perform a speed test because my connection is completely down. It's weird because all the lights are white and not blinking. I can browse at full speed during the morning, but from the afternoon I have zero Internet. Sometimes comes back for a while, but then it drops again.

 

I also received the visit of a technician 2 weeks ago because all the modem values in my building are too high. It seems the tecnician fixed the modem values, but starting from last Saturday I have this new annoying issue.

 

I see here a maintenance in Berlin is planned for tonight. I hope that is going to fix the issue. I can't stay without Internet and I'm paying extra money for hotspots.

 

Btw can you check if there are any issues in my area? This is what I see when I login in Mein Störungsticket section:

FYI: also today, another afternoon without internet again!

Alright, even your bot now is saying there is a central disorder in my region (which is 10317 Berlin). Any idea when it will be resolved?
