Hello, I hired on 19/05/2022 Vodafone (Unitymedia) - Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable through Verivox website, my problem started when i tried to contact vodafone via phone but couldn't find an option for english support, then i contacted via twitter and facebook The feedback was that the technicians, which never showed up here, founded that the laying of cables from the main switch to my apartment are not complete and then i should talk to my landlord or the haussmeister. I talked with the haussmeister and he told me that the information does not proceed, the apartment have the cable connection to the main switch.

 

So, what will happen now? Vodafone will install the equipment? The contract will be cancelled? 

 

I tried to contact via phone many times, could't find english support, tried the numbers suggested by the support team via twitter and the ones suggested on the vodafone website.
