Dear Vodafone Team,
Hope you're well.
My cable connection has had no access to the internet since yesterday. The WiFi connection works fine and all router lights seem okay (all lights solid white including the Internet light).
I tried the troubleshooting tool and saw this message:
An Deinem Anschluss liegt eine sogenannte Rückwegstörung vor, die Deine Internet- und Telefon-Verbindung einschränken kann. Falls nötig, lass bitte unseren Techniker Deinen Anschluss prüfen. Die Störung beheben wir so schnell wie möglich. Vielen Dank. Du kannst Deinen Anschluss voraussichtlich ab 18.06.2022 02:00 wieder fehlerfrei nutzen.
Von der Störung betroffen:
Beeinträchtigung oder Ausfall mehrerer Dienste
Does that mean that the issue will be resolved without action from my side by tomorrow at 02:00? Or would a technician definitely need to come and check? If so, could you kindly send a technician?

if that's what it says, then they're already working on interference suppression. Our technicians are taking care of it.
I can therefore only ask you for patience here.
