No Internet!!! Please Help!!!

Hi I am using Vodafone Kabel, unable to used internet. 

I already have 

1) Reset the modem connection

2) Switched on & off and checked network connection. 

3) there is a red blinking light on internet 

Still no internet. Please help at the earliest.
