Hello Team,
since yesterday internet is not working. We’re trying to reach customer but it’s taking more than 1hr but call not connecting to any customer service.
we are literally waiting since yesterday without internet. Vodafone is not responding and supporting anything.
we need to do office work from home but due to this we’re not able to do anything.
atleast Vodafone should provide alternative options for working people like temporary WiFi routers or modems to continue their work.
we are frustrated and awaiting from Vodafone.
