My internet is not working

My Vodafone Kable internet service is not working. I did switch off the router for 3 min then back the power again however the problem still persists.

All the lamp is stable white and on.

what's wrong with the internet? Is it the connection with ethernet or can't connect with wifi?

Can you describe it a little bit more?
