Dear vodafone experts,
I tried all ways to call vodafone customer service but nothing in english, basically I just recieved package from vodaphone with kabel equipment vodafone station and coaxial kabel , tried to install it but always internet flashed red, vodafone employee confirmed when I bought the package that in my building vodafone has 7 customers and hence it is plug and play, it's new flat, I have coaxial port , tried the source connection but not working, how can I get help in english from vodafone? Basically I think it is main line issue and not in the flat.

Hello Wasim,
how long did you connect it, if you install it like the installation guide?
And where are you from (zip code)?
