Modem cable activation portal not working

Im trying to activate my fritzbox router 6690. I checked everything, it’s compatible. It’s the 2000 2965 art. It is connected with a lan cable, I did factory resets multiple times. I checked the ip address on myfritz and it starts with a 10. I’ve tried everything and don't know what to do.

have you tried to activate from another device?

your mobile phone for example or another Laptop/PC

Yes I just tried on two different phones and the same error message pops up after entering the activation code and kundennummer

did you add your internet contract to "Mein Vodafone" with this kundennummer

yes I did, I tried to do it again and it didnt let me
