since 7/18/2022, internet disconnected, internet LED of Station continueously flash red.

Tried the instruction for at least 6 times, still couldn't work.

called the hotline for 3 times, no clear answer how to fix it.

yesterday, customer service create a service ticket, but until now, still no progressing.

we are really unsatisfied and angry for the service!
