Kein Internet seit 2 Wochen in Lengfeld 97076

Internet has stopped working since 10/25/23. Ticket opened and no solution so far.
Would Vodafone pay for the additional mobile data purchased to solve the problem of no internet connection at home?
I'm looking forward to getting my internet working again.
