Internet not working - on Vodafone station router only Power light is ON, all other lights are OFF

Hello Team,

 
My customer number is: ***and my Name: Jagkaran Singh
 
My internet is not working for the last 2 days because my Vodafone station router suddenly stopped working. Only the power light is ON and all other lights are OFF.  I tried to restart the router and also reset the router but nothing works. I also checked my internet cable and it is in good condition. So I tried everything. 
 
I raised 2 tickets *** and *** but no one called me or resolved my issue. I called the customer care number again but since I don't speak german the tickets are closed accidentally.
 
Also, no one is picking my calls at 08005266625 because I don't speak german. I feel totally frustrated since my work is getting affected by this.
 
Please help and try to resolve my internet issue,
